Who are we?
We’re a digital learning specialist who is passionate about all things learning. We recognise the challenges that L&D professionals are facing, which is why we have created a space for L&D professionals to come together to guide, support, and learn from each other.
What are Roundtable events?
Our monthly Roundtable events have been designed as a peer-learning experience. L&D professionals can come together to discuss their experiences, insights and best practice regarding the challenges that they are facing. If you are a Head of L&D, Chief Learning Officers or L&D Managers, these are the perfect events for you.
How do they work?
Hosted virtually by our Learning Technology Consultants, the event is designed to be relaxed and open. It comprises a guest speaker, breakout rooms where you can openly and honestly discuss the current topic, and a discussion session where everyone comes together and shares their insights. But the insights don’t stop with the event, we send out post-event resources to help support or expand on the discussions covered.

We make sure to cover the relevant topics. Recent discussions have covered:
- How L&D teams can support their business through COVID-19
- How to maximise productivity and manage teams in unsettling times
- Measuring success vs impact, and stakeholder engagement
- Learner engagement and the future of digital learning
