The power of the coaching conversation

In today’s workplace, it has never been more important to empower your people towards a more productive and happier way of working. That’s why the coaching conversation – acknowledging the need to develop coaching in your organisation – simply can’t be ignored.

Leaders who utilise coaching enables them to be more effective in motivating their teams and creates powerful connections, developing trust in the workplace.

We know that the coaching conversation can be a fantastic leadership tool for increasing development, accountability and empowerment. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to developing coaching skills for the workplace. So, at andpartnership, we work with a number of organisations to help their teams develop coaching excellence that fits their needs.

We offer a variety of ways for people to access the power of coaching, and there are a range of approaches that can be taken to encourage leaders to tackle workplace scenarios with a fresh approach.

In-house coaching programmes can help people get to grips with the skills of coaching through practical and participatory workshops, as can empowering a workplace to establish and develop its own coaching team through supervision and insights from the experts.

However, if leaders have been through other coaching workshops and programmes already, they might be tired of taking the same old approach.

Coaching Development – but not as you know it!

That’s why we’ve developed a new product, Beyond Coaching: Making conversations matter. It’s unique because it is a ‘coaching culture’ package that includes a blended approach such as tennis coaching, professional actors, questionnaires, digital podcasts and videos, as well as practical, engaging workshops.

Our free launch is taking place at Nottingham Tennis Centre, which will give an insight into how we can take leadership skills beyond the boardroom and on to the court.

The experiential, practical day can help leaders discover and develop a whole new approach to leadership and coaching – with a racket in hand! After all, the best way to learn a skill is to put it into practice.
