Wellbeing, Benefits & Rewards and Mental Health top the list of products and services the UK’s leading HR professionals are sourcing in 2023.
The findings have been revealed ahead of the first HR Summit of 2023, which is taking place in Manchester on February 9th.
Delegates registering to attend the event were asked which products and services they needed to invest in during the next 12 months and beyond.
Just behind the top 3 were Employee Engagement, HR Software and Leadership Development.
The most in-demand services represent a change from 12 months ago, when the Top 3 comprised Employee Engagement, Benefits & Rewards and Employment Law, with mental health and wellbeing now to the fore post-COVID.
