2018 Human Resources buying trends revealed

Employee Engagement, Benefits & Rewardsย and Employment Law top the list of products and services the UKโ€™s leading HRย professionals are sourcing in 2018.

The findings have been revealed following the Manchester HRย Summit, which tookย placeย last month

Delegates registering to attendย the event wereย asked which products and servicesย they needed to invest in during 2018 and beyond.

A significant 55.7% areย looking to invest in Employee Engagementย solutions, with 44.2% sourcing Benefits & Rewards services.

Just behind were Employment Lawย (39%), Talent Managementย (36%) and Absence Managementย (32.7%).

โ€œItโ€™s no surprise that Employee Engagementย solutions top the list of areas our delegates were most interested in,โ€ said Manchester HRย Summitย Event Manager Charlotte Humphreys. โ€œBut the full table provides a valuable insight into trends within the human resources sector.โ€
