The findings have been revealed in the lead up to the HR Summit, which takes place on February 11th in Manchester.
Delegates registering to attend the event are asked which products and services they needed to invest in during 2026 and beyond.
55% are looking to invest in Benefits & Rewards – and rounding out the Top 5 are Performance Management and Change Management.
The top 3 represents a slight reshuffle from our last survey in September 2025, when Employee Engagement, Benefits & Rewards and People Performance topped the list.
