The findings have been revealed ahead of the second HR Summit of 2023, which is taking place in London on September 28th.
Delegates registering to attend the event are asked which products and services they needed to invest in during the next 12 months and beyond.
Just behind the top 3 were Change Management and Talent Management.
The most in-demand services represent a slight change from nine months ago ahead of the Manchester HR Summit, when Wellbeing, Benefits & Rewards and Mental Health topped the list.
