The findings have been revealed in the lead up to the HR Summit, which takes place on September 24th at the Hilton London Canary Wharf.
Delegates registering to attend the event are asked which products and services they needed to invest in during 2025/26 and beyond.
56% are looking to invest in Employee Engagement – just behind in the Top 5 are D&I and Performance Management.
The top 3 represents a slight reshuffle from our last survey in February 2025, when Employee Engagement, Benefits & Rewards and Wellbeing topped the list.
