The findings have been revealed in the lead up to the HR Summit, which takes place on February 11th at the Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester Airport.
Delegates registering to attend the event are asked which products and services they needed to invest in during 2025 and beyond.
48% are looking to invest in Employee Engagement – just behind in the Top 5 are Benefits & Rewards and Wellbeing.
The top 3 represents a slight reshuffle from our last survey in September 2024, when Employee Engagement, Wellbeing and Benefits & Rewards topped the list.
