Leadership Development, E-Learning and Talent Management top the list of solutions the UK’s leading HR and learning & development professionals are sourcing for their projects in 2026, according to our exclusive research.
The findings have been revealed in the lead up to the Training & Development Summit, which takes place on June 15th & 16th.
Delegates registering to attend the event are asked which products and services they needed to invest in during 2026 and beyond.
More than 65% half are looking to invest in Leadership Development, while E-Learning and Talent Management are both at 49%.
Just behind were Coaching/Counselling/Mentoring and Management Skills (Senior Management).
