E-Learning, Coaching & Mentoring and Talent Management top the list of solutions the UK’s leading learning & development professionals are sourcing in 2018.
The findings have been revealed in the lead up to the Training & Development Summit, which takes place on May 14th & 15th.
Delegates registering to attend the event are asked which products and services they needed to invest in during 2018 and beyond.
A significant 74.5% are looking to invest in E-Learning solutions, with 60% sourcing Coaching/Counselling/Mentoring services.
Just behind were Talent Management (54.5%), Performance Development (49.1%) and Senior Management Skills (47.3%).
