Don’t worry if you missed last week’s fantastic webinar from Thomas International – You can re-watch the entire session online!
Companies with a highly engaged workforce have 21% higher profitability and 17% higher productivity than companies with a disengaged workforce. (Gallup)
Did you also know that, according to a recent Gallup survey, only 36% of employees are engaged? So what can you do about it?
The Thomas Takeaways session that took place on September 9th discussed issues around employee engagement, including:
– The causes of low motivation and engagement and how to avoid them
– How to measure workforce engagement
– Ways to identify and maintain your highly engaged employees
– Tips for people managers on quick wins to reinvigorate their teams again
This webinar is for HR and L&D professionals looking for ways that they can not only mitigate the risk of low engagement and motivation, but improve it within their organisations.
