The 2022 Incentive Awards are now open for nominations – The Incentive Awards were established in 2015 with the purpose of celebrating excellence across the Incentive, Reward and Recognition industry.
This year the categories have been updated to reflect the everchanging and developing landscape in which employee incentives thrive.
There are fourteen categories to choose from, new for 2022 the Best Recognition & Reward category has been split to encourage nominations direct from companies who have developed their own inhouse solution. Judges will be looking for evidence that the programme that has achieved its objectives and targets. Evidence of success will be not only be judged by the achievement of measurable objectives, but also the level of communication and engagement, then ultimately how this information is utilised, and improvements seen as a result.
We welcome nominations from across all sectors and business sizes. The deadline is 24 June 2022. There is a small admin fee of £95.00 per nomination. Incentiveawards.org
