Dr Amy Pressland develops talent for York-based not-for-profit private healthcare provider, Benenden Health. An executive coach with experience in higher education, logistics and rail, and healthcare, Amy is passionate about DE&I in the workplace to support all employees and enable their growth. Starting her career in academia, Amy has published a book, chapters, and articles on the barriers to gender equality as well as leading regional committees and hosting international conferences. In her spare time, Amy loves to be active and pursue physical challenges from triathlons to long-distance bike packing.
