The Covid-19 pandemic has provided so many business leaders with a unique opportunity to stand back and think through:
1. What is truly working and what is not.
2. Who is truly working and who is not.
This has led to a surge in demand for bespoke senior level coaching and mentoring.
Traditionally I have supported business leaders right across the UK often delivering just eight hours of face-to-face leadership and profitability coaching to business leaders and the Heads of large independent schools. However since early February 2020 I have been working across four continents and have never been busier. Almost all my work comes through heart felt recommendation. My approach to coaching and mentoring is in a different stratosphere and I’d love to have an opportunity to explain more.
I used to only work with law firms though now work in IT, insurance, food, recruitment, international unions and education plus other sectors.
