HR Online is a comprehensive UK developed and private UK cloud hosted HRM software system from Cloud B2B solutions.
Consisting of 3 separable modules – HR admin, Self Service and Time Log- the solution is scaled for HR departments of all sizes. With GDPR controls and an online recruitment module at HR admin level, the full system with self service gives staff the ability to fill out timesheets online (even on smart phone) plus request holidays, and changes to their details held on file.
Staff can also view their own records and a Wellbeing tool allows HR to publish staff supporting documentation and links on any subject e.g. mental health.
Importantly there is the option for clients to have the system installed to their own server DMZ. The system works on a concurrent licence model (not a seat for every employee).
