2018 Human Resources buying trends revealed

Employee Engagement, Benefits & Rewards and Employment Law top the list of products and services the UK’s leading HR professionals are sourcing in 2018.

The findings have been revealed following the Manchester HR Summit, which took place last month

Delegates registering to attend the event were asked which products and services they needed to invest in during 2018 and beyond.

A significant 55.7% are looking to invest in Employee Engagement solutions, with 44.2% sourcing Benefits & Rewards services.

Just behind were Employment Law (39%), Talent Management (36%) and Absence Management (32.7%).

“It’s no surprise that Employee Engagement solutions top the list of areas our delegates were most interested in,” said Manchester HR Summit Event Manager Charlotte Humphreys. “But the full table provides a valuable insight into trends within the human resources sector.”
